How many players can be in one server?

By server i mean phoenix and other ones.

It has a total population of 115.422 with an active population of 11.120.
Is there a limit? Probably. But in the end it is more of a "How many players can be online at the same time?" question.
They support up to 18.000 simulatanios logins. 750 per World Server.

This is only a quick google research, don't take it word for word, I might be wrong.

in 2013 each world could hold 5000 players.
