Purchasing a mount.

I just bought a mount from the Mog Station. How long does it take to be mailed to you from the time of purchase?

They can take up to 24hrs, but I've never had to wait that time, usually just took a reboot and check Mog's Delivery service for it.

If it doesn't come by then, contact support. It may need an order for re-delivery (very, very unlikely).

usually it took just to log out and relog and check your mogmail, but one time he took me 1 day.

Also, are you new players?
Keep in mind, despite purchased a mount if you haven't got your first chocobo from MSQ that unlock Grand Company, you cannot ride any mounts.

I usually buy them 5 or so at a time...usually like 2 hrs.

Thanks for the answer guys. I just re-loged for the 3rd time and i got it :) It took 20 mins and i got my motorcycle mount. Something you can do with mail that apparently does something is deleting old mail (make sure you do get the items from them before doing that !) and check the second icon next to "New" that says "Reward/Purchase Delivery Request"

Mounts are known to take longer to come through than anything else, delivery moogles try to keep hold of them with their little hans ; - ;

I recommend petting them if you haven't already, they like that ^ -^

That's one pro I can give to Guildwars 2. Shop items are received instantly, which is right since your payment is made almost instantly in most cases. That's only one pro out of a million cons with GW2. Guildwars 2 is the worst PvP game ever made and that's why I switched to FF14...the pvp looks way cooler and I doubt if "ArenaNet Baby" type cheaters are running around FF14 like they are in GW2 because we're talking Square-Enix. With GW2, we're talking Old Blizzard Team from the World of Warcraft ruling days. That old Blizzard team is trash and love setting up ingame cheats/debug options for those in their life who in return, cheat playing customers in PvP.

SDS Fenrir is the only store mount I recommend to new players because of its built in speed boost. You can use it while exploring new areas in the upcoming expansions. Otherwise I would tell new players that in game mounts are far superior to the other store mounts.
