Wondrous Tails and the viability of fishing for 3 lines

I've tried looking into this a few times and haven't really found any concrete answers on it. Basically I would just like to clarify a few things:
1. How likely overall is getting 3 lines? Is it a matter of just getting enough shuffle points every week or is it too long a shot for that, requiring mostly luck? From what I've seen and the rewards for 3 lines, I'm assuming it's the latter.
2. At what point in the week does everyone generally stop shuffling and settle on a good 2 line attempt? Does it just depend on your ability to generate shuffle points? Assume I do all daily roulettes and some frequent MSQ dungeons on the side for alt leveling every day.
3. Is there any way to reliably farm shuffle points if one were interested in really going for it? Spam queuing popular MSQ trials for example?

I've shuffled particularly aggressively this week but I still don't think I've seen any viable 3 line setups, which further leads me to believe it's just a massive luck factor. Appreciate any advice.

it sucks i wish there was a system like
x bronze scrolls = 1 silver and x silver = 1 gold random stuff like that just is not fun

Average chance to get 3 lines is 0.2%
But most of 2 lines (11.6%) and 3 lines rewards can be achieved with Faux leaves instead (that fox minion near Khloe) so there is a way to get them and not rely on 0.2% chance RNG

As far as I understand it you have better luck winning the Jumbo Cactpot then getting three lines in Wondrous Tails.

Vasya's 0.2% was the chance I recall in actually getting a 3 line, yeah.

Search wondrous tails solver with google and use it to calculate when to shuffle for the best chance.

All I can say is this: never shuffle before you finish 7 out of the 9 boxes. Also, you can't shuffle once you finished 8 boxes, so you either shuffle at 7, or you don't shuffle at all.

Here's a good example of how rare 3 lines is, I've done Wondrous Tails every week since it's implementation, I've only ever had 3 lines once.

Oof. I figured it was a rarity, doesn't surprise me too much to hear. Seems like staying with a solid 2 line shuffle is the way to go.

Sadly I think I did this on my second or third week and got zero lines, felt bad. I've been very careful not to repeat that mistake.

I think it's a good little side thing to incentivize doing old content. If you are still leveling alts it can be a nice extra XP source, albeit not a huge one, and the extra MGP never hurts, unless you have everything.

Anyway, appreciate the replies very much. I'll keep 3 lines in my dreams for now :)
