What level would I be able to achieve with just Endwalker DLC?

Basically, if you own the latest expansion (which will be Endwalker in this case) then you own all of them. So if you get the endwalker expension you will be able to do all content and get all the way to the (soon-to-be) lvl 90 cap

Doing the MSQ (the main story quests) will carry you to level 80 by the end of Shadowbringers on one class/job. There's also the daily duty roulettes that give you XP that scales with your current level.

Endwalker will increase the level cap to 90, so that will carry you from level 80-90 by the end of that MSQ

You'd only be able to level up tp lvl 60 since Endwalker only contains Stormblood and Shadowbringers after it's release. If you don't buy Shadowbringers, you'll be stuck with the Standard Edition for now which only contains AAR and Heavensward.

It'd probably take me that much time to reach level 60 by the release of Endwalker.

It'd probably take me that much time to reach level 60 by the release of Endwalker.

more likely you will be around lvl 65 by the time you finish HW....you gain char exp much faster than you do MSQ lvls in this game. For reference I just entered HW and I'm lvl 54; I haven't even started HW MSQ yet other than the city tour....

HW= Heavensward, the second expansion pack. You are currently in A Realm Reborn (ARR for short). By the time you finish that you'll probably be around lvl 54 like myself...and without much hassle on the side too. Don't worry about it....enjoy the game; enjoy the story :)

I do love to take everything in and as much as I can do, unfortunately I'm playing with a good buddy of mine who hates being slow and taking time, rushing etc skipping cutscenes, I will save my proper playthrough on my 2nd character

You don't have to...all cutscenes and cinematics can be re-viewed at any major city in the adverturing guild if you "rent" (free) a room there.

EDIT: OFC it will take away a bit of the context though....but it's a bit faster than starting a whole new character. Nothing against that either; I'm playing through the entire game for the 4th time as we speak :)

I guess 60? You would need stormblood for 70, and shadowbringers for 80. I think. So if you only have base game (Which means you also have heavensward since it comes with base game now) I think you can get to level 60, and when endwalker releases, you will get the rest of the DLC and unlock lvl 90 cap.

Generally speaking you don't get expansions for pre-orders, the current expansion IS shadowbringers. It'd be incredibly stupid for them to bundle two expansions with an expansion that isn't even out yet.

Idk, but regardless OP would be stuck at 60 bored for 4 months before he/she can continue leveling from 60-80 just to do endwalker, it'd be better to get shadowbringers anyway now then get to 80, do some current end game content, gear up etc and re prepared for endwalker vs waiting 4 months ya know.

I'm playing a million different games, I doubt I will reach 60 before Endwalkers, but I should be done with most of the games im currently playing when or around the release of that.

I'm playing a million different games, I doubt I will reach 60 before Endwalkers, but I should be done with most of the games im currently playing when or around the release of that.

If you're new and you're on a prefered server you'll hit 60 before you hit 60 content because of the road to 70 buff.
