FINAL FANTASY XIV Online

Free Login Campaign not working
I meet all of the requirements, and I know I do because my wife who has the same edition of the game on the same platform as me and we both started and stopped playing at the same time previously had it work for her, but for whatever reason it just won't let me login and says i dont have a subscription?

If you have logged in to your client last month (does not matter if you played) then you are not eligible
Did you check your mogstation? Does it say inactive and which date from?

it says "Inactive, Subscription Ended: May 31, 2021"

it says "Inactive, Subscription Ended: May 31, 2021"

then you are correct. you SHOULD be able to login now for free. as the free login began july 9th and well your expire date is definitly 30 days before that.

It may be that since you and your wife play, it's counting that as 2 service accounts as 1 as there is this on the page:

"When attempting to participate in the free login campaign using a Square Enix account with multiple service accounts, the free login period will be valid only for the first service account selected upon logging in. Please note that you may be unable to participate in the free login campaign with more than one service account at a time. If you cannot log in using a second service account even after meeting all other requirements, we ask that you wait for the free login period to expire on your first service account and try again."

I don't know how that applies when the accounts actually belong to different people who reside at the same address.
