Im trying to get in to a NA server but it says that is no taking any new players I MEAN ALLL THE SERVERS ???? SO WHY THE HELL U GONNA PUT A GAME FOR SELL WEN U CANT EVEN HANDLE THAT MANY PLAYERS ?? and i cant get refund cuse i already spend 2 + hours just trying to get in in to this game (sigh) look im trying to be polite here but this BS is not helping me calm down FIX U CRAP OR DELETE THE GAME FROM STEAM STORE THAT WAY WE NEW PLAYERS DONT BUY YOU DAMN GAME AND THEN NO BE ABLE TO EVEN PLAY IT FIX U GAME ASAP.

All you have to do is wait until you can. It won't take that long at all just have at least a little patience.

It's there to help with server load...

Once the servers get to a certain point of people logged in they stop allowing characters to be created until the population online goes down.


I wouldn't be surprised if some of the people that complain about this system, would also be complaining about server problems due to overloading...

This info is also on the launcher for the game, up in the top right there’s a selection of options, click on the server status one.

How he got mad over not being able to play a game he purchased for over 3 hours? You do realize that some people only have 3 hours to play the game every day right? I can see how people would rather spend their time they paid for actually playing the game and not waiting to create a new character. The fact that he waited for actually 3 hours is pretty patient, I would have ordered my bank to do a chargeback if this happened to me in 10 minutes.

OP, this has never happened to me but I guess it has to do with recent playerbase surge. Game being on sale, Asmon playing the game and now 14 day free play time converged together to create population greater than what game usually has.

Game normally locks crowded servers in order to forward new players to unpopulated servers, this mechanism ensures all servers have decent population but I guess they didn't account for all servers being crowded at the same time xD.

Again. Could have downloaded the free trial instead of buying and complaining. Wait for the server to be ready and call it a day.
