Is it possible to change my character name for free?

Made a spelling mistake and only realized 3 hours later. Yes, I did not pay much attention. I forgot to write a letter at the end of my character's surname...
Update: I have asked the Japanese support for help, since EU and NA support leave a lot to be desired, to say the least.
I received a kindly worded e-mail in less than 24 hours. Long story short, the only option is to remake the character with the correct name or use the name change service.

Well, I wrote a ticket to support in hopes that maybe I can get a one-time pardon for this. It wasn't my intention to end up making a spelling mistake.

Problem with that is possibly not being able to make the character on the server he wants because it's full.

Just like the other guy said, it was a pain in the rear to make my character on the server I wished to play on. Took me a day or two of checking every now and then.
