Keeps crashing in Limsa

I just started playing after trying to set the game up finally got to play it and It keeps crashing in Limsa.
maby crashing isnt the right word, I can rotate the camera but I cant move or anything else a box comes up saying unexpected error its only in Limsa I have another character that it doesn't crash on.

If you hit esc go to system configuration > other settings change character and object quantity and lower that it might help cut down on the amount of people loading in at once for you.

After you log in, on the title screen, visit the Settings & turn your Graphical setting DOWN. Limsa is known for killing GPUs because of all the character & model draw calls being rendered in that area.

See if that works. If so, it because you GPU or DirectX is having an issue rendering/loading all that is going on in Limsa. When you're able to move, get the hell out of Limsa and use a city that is less crowded as your login/out point.

It only happens on upper decks of Limsa, no where else all my settings are down. There is a main story quest I need there and I cant get to it before it crashes

All my settings are down and it changes nothing. It just crashes with a unknown error.

I have same thing but it will not tied to same location. Idk what to do with it.
