Is there a way to not be naked when starting a new profession ?

Im new to the game, im a level 20 gladiator so far and started with mining profession but everytime i take my pickaxe he goes like full naked, can i buy clothes somewhere and automatically equip them when changing to my pickaxe ?

Assign a gearset.

Hold on to some trash level 1, all class, gear if it bothers you because it's going to happen with every job you add except the expansion classes that give you a set of appropriate gear.

I wouldn't consider smallclothes naked but you automatically equip gear that's in your inventory. As long as it's either for "all Classes" or "Diciple of the Land"

There's a vendor in each of the capital cities that sells your level 1 clothing for your race; it's what you start out in. If you put one of all pieces of that into your armory bag, then when you switch to a new class for the first time, you can click the little man on your character screen to give you the best gear you can wear that's in your bags. You'll only be naked for like 15 seconds.

Then remember to save your gearset, and every time you update any pieces save it again, and then change classes using the gearset and you're good!

the correct answer was the level 1 armor gearset but not going to lie when I say I misread this title completely as a way to get naked...
