Getting my Square Enix Account Back
I played years ago, forgot my username/password and also my original e-mail associated with the game is no longer useable/obtainable and so is the phone number associated with that, I can't change anything about it because it requires sending messages to a phone that doesn't exist anymore and SE won't let me change it. nor my e-mail. I completely understand the legality/privacy concerns but both Steam and Battle.net and Epic Games stores allowed an actual human being to assess me and and ask me questions and I got it all back. In a nutshell, what is the best most effective way to recover my original Square Enix account because I have made multiple tickets and since it's always automated it never gets solved and I am rejected everytime because the damn robots can't verify me as the original product holder. I have tried making new emails but then the CD keys registration is in conflict with that and it won't work. I have tried nearly everything to get my account back but no luck, does anyone have any ideas/suggestions because I literally can't play this game anymore unless I make a whole new Steam account and buy a new FF14 product with fresh key and everything which I am definetly not doing.

TL:DR I lost my account and every avenue leads me nowhere to recovering it, should I just give up and go play something else instead?

All the info on their websites say they don't offer phone or live chat services, only e-mail correspondence which I tried and they basically thought I was a bot and rejected my re-activation claim, what is the number because I can't find it on any of their websites?

I mean, google returns a customer service number? If you sent all of that to their email support and they still told you you were out of luck, you're probably out of luck.

Is the number different depending on your region? I'm in Australia, I google Square Enix support number and no numbers come up, I go the support pages and it tells me to send an e-mail? Dunno why this ♥♥♥♥ needs to be so difficult...

I forgot mine as well when I came back to the game a month ago. I went through the support with the account recovery link and wrote something like "I think the account name had to be something like xxxxx but it's not. I had a white mage around lvl 60 on it named strago radagast and I think some levels in black mage"... a week later they emailed me back saying I provided enough information to access my account, gave me my account name and password. So try to tell them as much as you can remember about your account and you should be good. In reality my white mage was level 65 or something and I was close on the account name, so it would've been ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up if they didn't give me access lol. Sucks if you can't remember anything about your account though. Try to tell them what the old email was, possible account names you might have used, and progress you made in the game, like your job/character name and levels n what not. Anything you can remember. Hope you get it back.

I gave a number. Either you call them at their respected region time or send them an email towards their support.

There isn't much else to do of you want your account back.

Nah ♥♥♥♥ this game and ♥♥♥♥ Square Enix that number doesn't even work in Australia I have already tried it before I will just go play a real game rather than waste time with this ♥♥♥♥
