Shadowbringers (which includes Stormblood) is capped at 80
Endwalker (which does not include either Shadowbringers or Stormblood until the release) should be capped at 90 at release

What do you mean

If you go to the Recruit a Friend Code sub forum you can take a code and enter it on to the Mogstation when you register the base game. It gives the person who uses it 10 Silver Chocobo Feathers which can be traded for gear.

It then gives Gold Chocobo Feathers to the person whos code is used and those can be traded for certain mounts.
