Missing DLC

I purchased the game and all the DLC's. Its saying that everything is installed but when i go to play the game the Storm Blood and Shadow bringer DLC isn't showing in-game. Help please!

did you bought only endwalker? or shadowbringer and endwalker.
cause, if you only bought endwalker ... of which you would have all DLC´s aswell gets stormblood and shadowbringer available when endwalker releases.

dont ask me why SE choosen to do it that way. on the other hand, if you bought shadowbringer aswell before endwalker release ... have i no idea what goes on. you could check your FF14 folder if you have the EX3 and EX4 etc. folders in there i.i cause if not got they never downloaded in the first place

if you bought Shadowbringers, did you even register the cd-key's?

Apply your cd-keys to your Mogstation/FF14 account.
