I keep getting the following error when I try to pay via steam wallet. I don't know what's wrong

Try using a different browser if you are using chrome. For whatever reason their site is buggy as heck on chrome.

I was using firefox so I guess i'll try it on chrome

Same issue was encountered with chrome =/

Suggests trying incognito mode as well when encountering a 401 code. Their support article thinks its either incorectly entered cc info or a browser addon fubaring it. Incognito turns off the addons and is supposed to help.
