what's the next playable race you wanna see in ff14?

I am taking a guess that it's because it's furries wet dream race and perfect to crossdress and do erpg since you can only play males.

only one of those would actually be able to equip armor so it makes sense. and I'm not sure how far you are in Shadowbringers so I'll put why dwarves wont be playable in a spoiler.

Agreed, the fact they have so many flaws the Au Ra didn't have on Heavensward's release back this up, such as;
1. The Au Ra could use unlockable hairstyles from the get go, neither the Viera or Hrothgar could do this and to this day still can't, despite new hairstyles being added since Shadowbringer's launch.
2. There is not a single piece of head gear that won't show on the Au Ra.
3. To even change the Hrothgar's hair, you need a Fantasia, they can't use the Crystal Bell for this.
4. The Viera don't even have half of the hairstyle options the other races do, and even then the number you see is actually halved, as every second hairstyle is basically the preceding hairstyle minus the fringe (or bangs for those in the US). Plus the last hairstyle is just hairstyle #1 with metallic ornamentation.
5. The Viera version of the Hempen Pantalettes and Hempen Camise are the same as the Midlander Hyur, yet every other race has a unique design, hell, the Hyur have two separate designs, one for Midlanders and one for Highlanders. This makes me feel the Hempen Camise and Pantalettes look they got stuck with was meant to be a placeholder.

These 5 points are enough to say the Viera and Hrothgar were not even close to release yet, and I would argue still aren't. There was also the hilarious issue with Viera voice #7.
