FFXIV Won't let me log into another computer

I'm trying to log into FFXIV on my new computer since my last one broke and when I login it prompts me to enter my registration code, yet once I do that it tells me that my code has already been entered. WELL DUH I ENTERED IT ON MY OLD COMPUTER!!! Now I'm unable to get past this registration part even though I have keys I already entered that I bought on steam.

Try going into C:\Users\(username)\Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn , open file FFXIV_BOOT.cfg and set parameter "StartupCompleted" from 0 to 1.
