where are my items??

hey i bought some items in the store on the website and i chose my character i paid through steam but where r my items now i logged in to check cant find it. im lvl 7. where do i have to go/click? thxx

The moogle delivery will have the items. There is an icon for them on the map, one is in Gridania by the amphitheatre aethrite. If it doesn't have the items there is a button you can click to refresh the screen, but sometimes it can also take a few minutes before the items show up in game.

Actually it CAN take up to 48 hours depending on the items that were bought but everything else is correct; stuff you buy via the store will be held in the moogle mailbox.

Locations of Delivery Moogles (mail moogles):
Gridania: Across the Mih Khetto amphitheatre
Limsa: Aftcastle; all the way in the back; to the left just before crossing the bridge to head to the Blacksmith/Armorsmith trainers
Ul'Dah: Near the adventurer's guild on the central corridor where the 3 Miqo'te dancers are

can i sell my items or gift it to other chars in my account? or do anything w them bc i chose the magician guy with the staff and idk why but the magic weapons i bought on the store cant be used somehow... so weird

When you purchase items, it asks which character to send them to.

They cannot be sold, traded, transferred in any way.

The weapons are just "skins" used to glamour your current weapon to make it look cooler. They still have a prerequisite for what class can use them. (Thaumaturge, Conjurer, etc)

The magic weapons are not to be equipped on your character. They are just for glamour so that your weapon you use will look like it.
