Basically: assume the sites are selling Mogstation leys, and if steam censors the site name, then assume the keys are gonna be revoked at some point.

Just because you haven't had a problem doesn't make the site legit.
Try cdkeys
so, two threads with people that say "yep, kinguin is fine, I've used them" and people that haven't used it saying "no, it's dangerous" (with no evidence). huh.

That last one took weeks, a negative review, and PUBLICLY BLASTING THEM to get treated remotely well
Remember, just because you get lucky and don't end up scammed doesn't make it not a place for scammers to go.
Two threads of people saying "The only difference between Kinguin and G-2-A is notoriety."
There is no way to tell if your key is obtained legally or not prior to purchase.
It is up to the buyer to decide if the risk of losing the account is worth the cost difference.
For me and the others saying don't buy from them, the risk is not worth the cost reduction.
Seriously? It's far and away the most illegitimate key reseller. Most of its stock is put up with stolen credit card information. The fact that the name is censored should tip you off.
