How TF Do you leave a party

I want to leave a live party and there is zero obvious ways. I checked the party menu. The social menu. Nothing. Everything in this game is more complicated that it needs to be. What am I missing? I do I drop a party?

This, but keep in mind, that you cannot leave a party, when you're inside of a dungeon / trial / raid.

You can, while not being in a combat. Press u and then click on leave.
Disclaimer: You get a 30 minute suspension if you're the first to leave, if not the first then you won't get a penalty. But this only applies to matched parties, no penalties with premades.
