FINAL FANTASY XIV Online

No acess to any FFXIV related website, including launcher (HELP) (FIXED)
FIX: It was a problem with the provider on the whole South America, I used a VPN to play the game, and today it was working fine without it, sadly no sub days refund, but it's working.

Since yesterday, I started to get no connection to the Lodestone, MogStation, or any Square Enix website related to FFXIV (including the support), the loading just goes on and on, and nothing, the game launcher also does the same, and gives this error:

I looked up on the internet, and I did everything I could:
-Reset the PC
-Reset modem
-Reset IE settings to default, also allow cookied and active scripting (already had on)
-Change browser to IE to default
-Disable any Firewall or Antivirus software
-Adding a bunch of ffxiv.com domains to trusted websites, both on antivirus and internet options


I'm desperate, I didn't change a thing since the day before this error, aside from a Win10 uptade if I'm not mistaken.
I checked on my phone with mobile internet, and it acess everything.

Someone every had this problem? Or at least any suggestions on what to do?

My Facebook is full of FFXIV-related stuff, no one commenting a thing, I found it weird

It was a SA problem, they usually don't care much about us.
And it's already solved, I edited the post.

I'm having the same issue and it's 100% my ISP, had to login using a VPN and then turn it off which worked out, but this is utterly annoying.. Can't take a break, ISPs from Brazil are terrible

I'd say it's not your Internets fault. I'm in Canada and it's giving me a connection error. Think it's a browser issue with the game regardless what it says. Mine loads up the browser but says it's got a connection issue. Could be a Steam issue too as Steam has pretty much been on the fritz since Hogwarts Legacy released.

Also this is an issue from 5 years ago. It's a different issue today.

They don't do refunds for downtime unless it's an extreme situation anything less thenna day or 2 is ignored. Also per agreements when signing up etc they don't technically have to refund any game time
