Unless you get the YorHa sets or the Type 2B coffer from the most recent alliance raid, The Copied Factory, the leg gear that is like 2B's underwear will actually give female characters a slightly rounder, fuller butt, unsure if it affects male characters in the same way.

So the only way to give a female character a better butt is to be level 80 basically, and not be a Lalafell, because it (thankfully) doesn't work on them like the other races.

Yea i know, i use the legs but only with long jackets etc... Otherwise it looks ridiculous running there without cover :D

Many girls start to mature at age 9. So there's that biological fact and i do remember from my middle school times when girls started having wide hips and curves.

As It was already said, the No.2 Type B Leggings is pretty much the only way to have am actual butt in the game (except if your character is a Lalafell lady, or a guy of any race).

Some of the ilvl 460 YoRHa Type-51 leg pieces may also provide an "enhancement" too, but It depends of the piece (fending legs do It, scouting don't), and also it's never as big as the one given by the 2B legs piece

IF your character is a Viera, the Viera Pantalettes also makes a small improvement (small, but noticeable)
