ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?!
I just spent 90+ USD getting all the needed expansions, buying a sub, server transfer, and spent money on the cash shop for transmogs.

5 minutes into actually playing, I got suspended.....

WTF?!?!?

They said I was botting? 3rd party hack programs?

I'M NOT DOING THIS. I JUST SPENT MAD MONEY!!!!!!

Devs? GMs? HELLO?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Please Help?

You'll need to send in a support ticket to Square Enix. This is not that place.

I already sent one. I mainly want to see if anyone else has had this kind of issue.

1. I have no idea what flagged it

2. How do I know it wont just flag again

Did you happen to use an illegitimately obtained cd-key/code from a certain website?

Also support ticket may take time because of the current climate at the moment. Just be patient and they'll get to you in time.

No everything I bought was straight from Steam. All legit. I even spent money in the mog station. I have never even used a recount like program. This makes 0 sense.....

do u use cheat engine for any single player games? some games will ban you just for having it running in the background even if ur not cheating in the game u got banned in

Never. I dont even play single player games dude. Truly. You think it has something to do with that "always on" Volarant anti cheat?!?!?!?!

Now you got my gears turning. Either way, if they were actually monitoring my play, they would see 0 game data was altered.

I pretty much just got digitally robbed..

This isn't one of those games. The game's director said they can't do that both from a technical and legal standpoint.

if you're concerned about being robbed, you can always contact your bank to reverse the payment. But, doing so will probably mean you can't play FFXIV off that creditcard/steam account

Also i have 200+ hours into the game....

Why ban me now? I played through ALL of the vanilla content.

I literally logged in, got my bearings, ran the transmog quest, put on my new transmogs, left the inn, banned.....

I mean....i dont really ever want to play again. And yes, its robbery. They took my money for a service they didnt provide. Even if I reverse the payments for today, that doesnt give me my 200+ hours back nor does it refund the price of the original game or heavensward. Dont be an apologist for these criminals.....

Seems like a giant inconvenience for them to tell me this is my first offense OR not fully explain the issue so that the next time i hop on, im terminated for the "same thing"

Inconvenience? Support's only job is to sort out messes like these. The only reason they wouldn't bother is because you were actually guilty of what you were suspended for.
