What is penalty count?
I've registered for a duty and went farming some btn while i'm waiting. But then I suddenly decided to go and have a dinner, whilst completely forgetting about duty registration. It's not my first time getting a penalty for not joining a duty so where can i see the total amount of penalties?

You can dodge the dungeon Queue up to 3 times, at the third time tho, you enter a "penaly state" where you have to wait for quite a bit of time to queue up again. It's nothing important as long as you don't fk it up 3 times. The penalty resets every day, so you going to dinner and missing a single Q won't matter, so don't worry.

Also, remind that if you first leave a duty or withdraw for 3 times will also cause you to get a penalty the same way that you don’t press anything. These things only apply to regular duty finder, not party finder or solo duty so it’s good. It happened before for me when I just tried to do some minion vermilion where I actually had to cancel 3 times because my minion set up and try to think of strategy for high level battles. If you don’t requeue in an hour after you missed two times. You can do it like normal I believed. Also complete a duty can reset the count for your queue problems.

I hope there’s a way to “clear” it because I had no choice but to withdraw from the frontline match I was about to go in order to help my mom to bring the groceries inside home ((I can’t blame her from coming with this in the wrong moment and wrong hour))

i have been penalised countless of times since then and even got banned on this forum during these two years... time goes fast
