Does anybody know how to fix this? Don't want to uninstall the game and reinstall if i dont have to.

403 means the server can't be reached. You either tried logging in during a crash or, more likely, your browser, firewall or router is blocking the URL involved. Add exceptions for that domain to each of the possible blockages.
