I just love grinding mobs for loot, MMO's usually have weopons and armours dropping from mobs, just this dosen't which I find perplexing, but thanks for the reply.
If you want gear, you need to either do quests which reward gear, craft it (which may involve grinding these same monsters for stuff they actually drop like the skin) or earn it through dungeon rewards and end game content.
Sorry but this is just how it works.
Black Desert Online is that way. All you do at end game is killing 50,000,000,000 mobs for loot to RNG your gears to Gazillion level of enhancement.
What about the non animals then? So that humanoid carrying a sword wouldn't be dropped on death then, it just vanishes?!
A paradoxical arguement, my point is, 99% of mmo's have loot from world mobs to make it more interesting.
I'm not a crafter, so acquiring a wolf pelt is not going to leave me in a pool of drool...obtaining a mighty 2 handed weopon on the other hand, may make my trousers twitch.
Read it again, as you clearly missed the point...anyone with half a brain cell should get the logic to it.
You cannot express a personal opinion these days, without some half wit depricating you...
End of discussion...ask a simple question, the brain washed sheep have nothing better to do than cause a hue and a cry...you can see the dichotomy that is this world...role on ww3.
The reason that you want random drops from monsters is to add some variety to the game. In the early game, only being able to get gear from quest and shops means that everyone ends up with the exact same gear. Such that I went to turn in a quest and had another player walk up wearing the exact same gear as me 1-1. Not having this also takes out the fun of a random gain reward system that has been proven to be quite addictive to the human brain. It is fun to kill a mob and then on that low chance find a rare item that just kicks ass for your next few levels.
