Need help with ReShade...

I have the latest ReShade 4.5.4 and when I try to rinstall the effects it's just stuck at Working on "FINAL FANTASY XIV". I chose "ffxiv_dx11.exe" btw as I run the game in DX11

just additional info if someone would help the executable that I'm choosing is on the :\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\FINAL FANTASY XIV Online\game" folder.

I tried the "ffxivboot.exe" at the "\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\FINAL FANTASY XIV Online\boot" I was able to install the effects but the game is not recognizing that I installed the ReShade mod.

I believe the problem is where the target location for my FF XIV shortcut is in limbo. I can only run the game using the shortcut that the steam client provided and nowhere else.

Why are you not using Stormshade. You literally just put config files in the game directory and start the game with everything avaliable when pressing Pos1

Are you sure you set it up correctly?

You gotta get rid of Reshade to use Stormshade

Get rid of Reshade and Stormshade, use Gshade
