First Mount wont summon

Hello,

I'm level 29, I have joined a grand company and finished the chocobo mount and have received the company chocobo mount and have placed him in a hot key. but I can summon him no matter where I am, he wont summon. what is wrong? Error message always says "Cannot Execute at this time" even when I am in open field.

Did you buy the "drivers Licenze"?
Do you have at least 1 Gysal Green(The Food for the Bird)

Edit: did you put the Mount from the Mount Tab in your hotbar or the Item, that adds the mount to your Mount tab?

So I need Gysal Greens to summon the mount?

I placed the mount icon from companions on character tab into a hotbar.

Which one is the companions ? ( I play with german language)
from top to button the list should be:

Chocobo-Satchel
Companion
Mounts
Pets
Bluemagic

If you want to ride the Bird, you need to use the icon from Mounts, if you want to use him in battle, the one from companions. Comanions need food.

Edit: There other types of food, that will make the Bird stronger, but you need to get them from one of the tribal/beast races

You need greens dude, thats what you'll put on your hot bar.

Not that, he's talking about summoning his chocobo as a mount which doesn't use greens. And even if it did, that also requires being level 30 and according to OP, he's only 29.

Well it's still info so they dont think that just mounting will bring out your chocobo for combat by default too.

having a healthy stock of greens means life or death sometimes lol.

I got to LV 30 before I posted this, sorry for confusion, I am indeed lv 30. Anyway, I had to use the chocobo whistle and THEN my mount was activated and now can be summoned.

All mounts will arrive in the form of a summoning device (whistle, horn, key, etc) that you will need to use before you can summon the mount in the field.
