Shadowbringers Pre-Order Bonus, can`t Redeem Key
I just Pre-Ordered Shadowbringers and got my keys. But i can`t reddem the preorde bonus in the Mogry-Station. I tried both function for Code redeeming but none of them works.

Do you have the ARR and the other expansions also from steam?

You need to use the special site for redeeming the steam pre-order key. It's not a mogstation key.

The pre order stuff can be redeemed in mogstation. There's a big button that says "Enter Pre order bonus code" when you go to "Your Account"

That doesn't work ive been asking around and apparently steam user have to go to a special site to redeem but that site is not up yet

Did you follow the instructions given to you? If any? You're supposed to go to a site to input the code you're given. Then you'll get another code you use on mogstation. I don't have the link to the site anymore I'm afraid.

Edit: Found it. Though reddit says steam inputs the code directly into mogstation.

Obviously change the site to your region. IE: EU, Japan, etc.

It worked for the regular pre order but it doesn't work for the collectors eddition content. I tried the mog station and went to "enter Item code" but it didn't work there either.

The collectors edition stuff Is still not available. Only the gremlin and the aetheryte earring

yep i am getting the same issue, i've gone to https://redeem.finalfantasyxiv.com/na/redeem and when i try and redeem the pre purchase bonus content i'm just told invalid code. I checked and nothing says that the pre order bonus content was 1st of march, only that they would start releasing pre order bonus on 1st of march.

my finnal fantasy account was purchased outside of steam, i was hopping i could purchase it in steam and use the codes, guess i was wrong.

i've also tried redeeming the code in the mog station > account > enter pre order bonus code , get invalide code there as well.

I did not played the free trial on Steam but purchased it later there and continued playing with the same Character.
