Armoury chest is full

Is there a way to increase the amount of slots in the armoury chest? I kind of don't want to get rid of my equipment in case if I want to level another job.

Not the armory itself. You can use retainers to offload gear you want, but don't need to have on you, and also the Chocobo saddlebag. (Ctrl + Shift + I)
