No.

Heavensward is free... So no discount here.

There is no discount unless there is a discount on the item your buying. There is no discount for owned productions if included in the item your buying for the game

On battle net if i want to buy deluxe edition of bfa i get reduced price if i already have base game.
Sames goes with starcraft 2 complete pack, i get discount if you own part of starcraft 2.
So i thought something simillar is here.
It is kinda insane the stormblood cost 35 euro and complete edition costs 40 euro which include heavensward and base game but the starter editon costs 10 euro.

Free with the purchase of Stormbloood, specifically.

Meaning the Complete edition is something like 11.1% cheaper then buying the expansions and base game separately, which is totally normal.

The complete edition is only worth it if you have not bought the base game as buying Stormblood alone does not give you ARR.

Complete edition cost 40 euro and stormblood cost 35 euro the difference is 5 euro and you get heavensward plus base game. How is that only 10% ?

Because the Complete Edition (€40) is 11.1% cheaper than buying Stormblood and the base game separately. (€35 + €10 = €45)

You also don't need the Complete Edition to get Heavensward, that comes free with Stormblood.

Would you prefer it that they charge $60 per expansion? (before collecters Edition? Like wow?)
