Completely forgot Square Enix account

I forgot all the account information like ID, email and password of my account. Or even the emergency password from the security token, because I changed my phone.
How ♥♥♥♥♥♥ am I? Can it still be recovered? I'm sure it's linked to my Steam account because I renew my subscription on Steam, and have the DLC and Starter Pack codes here.

Contact the Square customer support. Nobody here is going to be able to do anything to help you recover a lost account.

This Is why you should always take note of your usernames, passwords, email accounts, any important data, if you know you may forget about it later

I did contact them but they replied an automated message that sadly nothing had to do about my issue.

Yep. I started doing this way after I played FFXIV so I forgot about it.

Find their contact number and ring them or use the live chat.

If you can download steam client then check forgot username, it should send it to your email. Also try to log on to your Mog Station account that gives you a lot of details regarding your data.

im having the same issue. i did a factory reset on my phone now i cant access my one time password. and square enix does not have a live chat or phone number contact. trying to get through this automated service to a real person is becoming a real hastle.

If you still have the Emergency Removal Password you got when activating One-time Password, just go here to remove it from your account https://secure.square-enix.com/account/app/svc/coercioncan

If this was true then how did I ring them to remove my authenticator from my old phone?

Unfortunately I can't phone them because I'm living overseas, and unfortunately talking with the Japanese Support in japanese won't be an easy task to me -yet-.
