Seventh Astral Era main scenario quests

How can i start the Heavensward main story line without this grind? I still have about 80 quests to do according this page https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodestone/playguide/db/quest/?category2=0&page=2&category3=2

i realise this is a moneygrab but i take my defeat. When i paid for the complete bundle i had no idea for these quests.... :thetrap: I am gonna try to get those potions ty!

Going through is not bad either.

Like unholy eye said, at least you get XP.


Back in the day it was 200+ quests and NO xp.

And btw bro, 9k for just talking, is FANTASTIC.

Those quests will have you at 53 before even starting HW lol

PLEASE watch a video to recap what you missed. Those 90 quests have meaning and do connect the story for the future, i.e. end of HW, SB, and into ShB. So you were warned.

mja thats what i figured, i am not going to be an idiot grinding those quest ^^. It's outdated in 2019 now.

but Hellbound Heart is a helpful poster just worried others will enjoy the lore to the fullest

I do 10 guildhests a week for challange log, up to 1.6 million xp. queue is under 5 minutes always.

I don't just stand around like a turd in game while waiting in the queue. I do beast tribes, daily hunts, fate, leves(5 = 1.6 mil xp, 10 = 1.6 mil xp).

Thankfully OP, Square Enix is planning on trimming the fat from those early quests. None of us will benefit, but at least they know it's a slog and new players won't be discouraged by the rut.

they said they'll rework the ARR quests, but i honestly doubt it.
they're busy working on 2P's butt instead.

Unfortunetly, you can't skip the worthless filler. It sucks too because they don't even give any rewards that are worth a damn, pitiful amount of EXP, nothing worthwhile it's just "story" story that isn't even relevent anymore.

But yeah, either start skipping cutscenes or slog through them.

ikr. 9,000 exp while my next level needs 2 million. This is really not right.

You're doing level 50 content anyway. You'll get more XP once you start the levelling content from Heavensward
