After playing other mmo's FF14 becomes so boring

As title says, if you play alot of mmo's then you come to this or even coming back to FF14 it becomes such a snore fest, the same crap as every other expansion and every other content patch.

New Patch/expansion: Go through a cookie cutter story dialog and have to replace your old top tier gear you worked hard for then once you get all this done they hit you with a patch that makes all of that ♥♥♥♥ you worked for useless.

Some of you might recommend Gw2 and I'd say ok but until they either update the engine or re invent their player economy because lemme tell you, gold amounts per day you grind for are so low compared to ALL other mmorpg's that have thousands or billions in their economy numbers(BDO for example with the high amount of silver as a normal amount).

To sum up what I'm trying to say is, if you are thinking about coming back and are on the fence about what game to play, spend the sub money elsewhere because my sub renewal last night was a mistake.

This game is a good dating sim though, that deserves a thumbs up, alot of lonely fat men wanting to have sex with my digital cat girl is amazing lol.

In summation, you wanted people to rally behind you and back you up, you found out the majority does not think like you, and now you're mad at everybody and anybody who does not see it your way. Then, you act like your opinion is the only one thats right, hence why you want comments turned off in a PUBLIC FORUM SETTING WHERE ANYBODY CAN COMMENT.

I've played MMOs for a long time, probably longer than some of you have been alive. I started with MUDs, first graphical MMO was the original EQ, pre any expansions.

This is a problem with any MMO, and will be for anyone expecting new stuff every week, or for a game to suddenly just change it's formula. It's not going to happen, MMO development is a long and expensive process, and the rewards just don't justify the risk of pissing off your entire player base to suit a very minor, yet vocal subset of players.

Basically all any MMO boils down to is: don't like it, don't play it. But there's no need to start yet another whine thread about how the game doesn't meet your personal expectations, because that's not what the game is designed to do.

"No account for taste I guess" Really? Sure you found love in this game and now it only appeals to you. Same could go for me because I enjoyed what Black Desert offered in the beginning, wish more MMO's worked off their graphics style/engines and combat at least minus the P2W mechanics.

Wow , so many hate for this guy but hes actually right, FF14 using the same recycled content since 3.x and the same formula in every patch and expansion.
I wont say its bad if you enjoy it then pay and play i put more than 3K hours in this game and i get bored the same stuff so i quit, thats it.

I would kill myself if I was ever forced to play BDO....ever....that game is garbage and the only thing going for it at all is graphics and SOMETIMES combat.

Auto pathing is lazy bs, having arrows all over the ground around your dude is bs, that little black thing that pops up every 3 seconds and is annoying as ♥♥♥♥ is bs, theres a lot wrong with BDO, such as end game being broken and never addressed with by the devs, even after "remaster"..of a 4 year old game....and not to mention the end game gear is designed to look as bad as possiable so you HAVE to spend money to even look decent or the fact you need to run your PC 24/7 and only have BDO running to even get ahead for the day.....

Legit, not even trolling or lying, BDO is hot trash with devs that clearly only care if you spend money.

I tried D2(Destiny 2) but was bored from it. Will never return to any F2P unless they fix them, def not Neverwinter or DCUO, etc.

Now i'm waiting for DOOM Eternal. \m/

Today i had finished the main scenario finaly. And i can say: If you are thinking, that the combat system is to fall at sleep then you never had entered a new dungeon or any raid.
