Waymarks
When did SE change those? The game won't let me use them anymore...

It just tells me: I can't do that in battle...

So, when, why and what are they good for know, that I can't place them anymore? O.o
(The Premade sets also won't work).

I just wanted to help some sproute in Castrum to get to the right spot... A lil maker helps a lot.

Since the last patch. People were cheating during Ultimate fights and using 3rd party programs to automatically change the waymarks for them so Square decided everyone must be punished and removed the ability to set and remove them once the fight has begun.

Wow... Se at their best -.-
So unless you got a Premade Party, you can't use it anymore, bc someone allways won't play along...

I mean don't blame SE for that. Blame the Hackers / "Modders" that broke the terms and services, and used a game system not as intended.

You can save the markers for future fights though. You can even save other people's waymarks. They took away the ability for 3rd party people to do their thing but gave everyone the ability to basically set things up easy beforehand.

And what if, like I wrote up there, It's something that comes up "in the middle of a Battle"? I had to walk over and jump up and down to show where he needed to go... -.-
Just perma Bann the hacker and done.

Are there even enough slots to "set things up" for every battle?

That is just putting a salve on a tumor. It would be as ineffective as Bethesda tagging smurf accounts going in the dev room in Fallout 76. The problem is that it is a Raid thing. Not only is it just a hacker, but the people condoning the hack, which is much more untraceable. Punishing a single person while not punishing the other 7+. Only way to take that away is a breach of privacy and would cause a mass ban that can get innocent people in crossfire. This can literally damage a community.

Instead they are cutting the root, if people are having a hack and such to auto place the waymarkers spots mid fight, then you remove the ability to move the markers mid fight, practically destroying the overall purpose of the hack.
