Stuck at Carpenter quest More Fierce than Fire

I need to craft an Adamantite Trident. But I need Master III recipes first. I burned about every NPC over the world but I can't find any one who sells me it. Rowena seem the most likely but the doesnt give me options.

I am stuck please anybody knows? Youtube doesn't help and it seems the videos there are outdated.

You need to talk to an NPC named Script Exchange, for example in Mor Dhona. You have to select Crafters' Script Exchange -> Yellow Crafters' Script Exchange (Master Recipes)

There should be an NPC in every major city just called "Scrip Exchange", usually standing next to the collectible appraiser at the house of splendors. costs 100 of those Yellow Crafter's Scrips

Also, a good source of Crafter and Gatherer scripts are Custom Deliveries. They are really easy and the reward is good.

There's a limit on how many you can do in a week, but they have the best effort-to-scrips ratio in the game.

Ok so i unlocked the Custom Deliveries and crafted some, but i can't deliver them? Zhloe says i dont possess the requested items?

You want to aim for maximum quality (Which is trivial at higher levels) but if you're just starting out, at the very least check for and try to meet or beat the minimum quality she asks for.
