Other Ways to Recruit Squadron Members?

Is there any other way to recruit Squadron Members other than Challenge Logs? I'm running out of challenges to complete, I'm aware they reset after awhile, but I'm just wondering if I can keep doing a recruitment run some other way while I wait for them to reset.

There's an item to increase the chance of getting new recruites. You can get it as a reward when your boys complete a mission

All you need is:

Tank: Kumokiri (she's a beast)
Healer: Cecily (the least afk)
Damage: Nanasomi (somehow does more damage)
Damage: Any other archer.
