How can I tell what my ping is?
I feel a noticable delay between the time my attack lands and the enemy's health goes down

Find the IP address for your server here: https://arrstatus.com

Open command prompt on your PC

Then type: ping [ip address]

Hit enter, it should give you your number.

Mouse your cursor over the icon to see your up/down speeds. I don't know what it is on the PS4.

Ping can be unreliable. A better way is to open the resource monitor, select the Network tab, check the box next to ffxiv_dx11.exe, and then look at the latency under the TCP Connections section. This is much more accurate.

you can look at your ping/latency on resource monitor under tcp connection

This game is server>client instead of most games which are client>server.
This also adds a weird laggy feeling.

There is no option to do this

Resource Monitor -> Network tab, look in the TCP connections window.

This is what you're looking for: https://i.imgur.com/bBfP1gu.png

That isn't ping, it's the amount of bandwidth being used.
