Then type: ping [ip address]
Hit enter, it should give you your number.

This also adds a weird laggy feeling.
Resource Monitor -> Network tab, look in the TCP connections window.

mine shows 0 latency LOL how do i see my real ping
That isn't ping, it's the amount of bandwidth being used.
