keep getitng error code 401 mog station

okay so ive been tryin a few times to gift a friend an emote and when i try to use my steam wallet it keeps giving me the same error code... is the site under maint or something??

Error 401 is a payment error code. If you pay with steam wallet, it may be due to a
steam transaction being pending still. Click your username in the upper right, go to account details, then verify your transactions. If one of them is pending, you may need to wait until it's resolved automatically

Error 401 Turn off your pop-up blocker, check that you aren't using a VPN. Try to purchase Crysta with PayPal.
