Purchased game again and Issued the same key
Hello, had issues with my old account and was unable to fix that with SE, decided to just bite the bullet and make a new account and purchase the game again on steam as to get a new code and start playing with this new account.

The issue im having is that ive been issued the same key as when I bought the game back in 2015, made sure I removed it from my libary along with the dlc PAL key etc

Any advice anyone?

Can someone please help I feel like I just wasted £10

Top up from mog station, steam is for base game+dlcs if you want sub days you have to get on mog station. I know it sucks but better this way.

Just logged into mog station on my new account this is the SQE account and it says I need a product key which is the issue here, I have removed the game from my libary and purchased again in the hopes that It would provide me with a new key as steam had no Issue purchasing again even says I have 2 keys in support now

Edit, Whole reason for doing so, cant get back into the account the product key steam gave me when I first purchased it so had no issue purchasing the game again if it would give me another key to get it working again

I cant even refund It either, Cant even get in touch with someone to explain and sort this out but happy to take my money and not provide me with a key wth

If you purchase the steam version 2 times yes they will give you the same key I met this issue before, the reason you can't get refund is because you recieved (key) not digital copy straight away like g2a you can't get a refund.

They only issue one set of keys per account. You're going to need to contact SE's customer support to get some new keys. May have to talk to Valve too to sync it up, but SE should guide you on that.

but if you really want to play. Ofcourse I suggest to wait for your apply from steam, valve might be a lazy company but they do reply you maybe first reply will be robot second will be human for sure. Why not just purchase straight away from mog station with credit card -.- I don't see the point you buy sub from steam, as far as I know steam is for: base game acess and dlcs. Subs you must go buy it from the mog station, at last this is how I do it.

Also: Call or use Chat. Don't do it by e-mail unless you're fine with a very slow process. Chat will take minutes after a short way, calling with take about the same.

What you did was(I assume) buy the acess of the base game 2 times, but with 0 days sub. I think you can't play this way.

I dont mind paying for sub after this tbh, just want the product key I paid for and to not pay for the game a bloody 3rd time, I accept that forgetting details etc is my fault and thats fine so ive had to get the game again but jesus

I submitted ticket in steams other section, The chat for SE is currently closed, (UK)

Because when I bought stormblood(dlc) I didn't get any sub days from it. That's why I presume so.

Expansions don't give more days, no. :(

Free days only come from adding a base game. So if you bought the Steam, PS4 and Mac versions of ARR, you'd get a total of 90 days. But no extra days from expansions on any of those platforms.

But steam is also an account can you imagine use a same account buy the same game twice what machine will read out for you, ofcourse the same. If you want your key start working, buy from mog straight away or create another steam account to get it to work. +cd keys are not refundable.

Bur the thing is one steam account can only link to 1 se account, if you loose your old account and purchase the key again, only your old se acount can use that key. It is unavailable for your new se account due to it hasn't link to any steam account yet.
