You can trade them in at Mor Dhona for level 50, item level 120 gear. Which can be upgraded to 130.

You can also trade them in at Idyllshire for level 60, item level 260 gear. Which can be upgraded to 270.

The main point of it is to buy gear for classes you haven’t yet leveled.

if you dont need them anymore for leveling forget about them existing basically.

they really have no good use anymore after all these years. you could try to sell a bunch of the crafted materials they can be exchanged for that is hardly worth anything anymore these days on most servers. on some its so low its not even worth running back and forth to exchange them.

since the new relic is eureka only they are not of use for them either anymore. for anima you could use them for some steps back in the day.
