direct hit vs crit?

whats the difference? the discription makes them sound the same.

there is critical hits and there is direct hits. a direct hit is a flat 25% dmg bonus. a crit can be much much stronger. and they can stack. its 2 different stats to work together. unless youre a warrior. then avoid direct hit and fokus crit.
