fastest way to level 1-60 on an alt character?

I made a new character, and I wanna level them up really quickly. What's the fastest way to level them up to 60 really quickly without buying a tales of adventure?

That's for level. But if you made a "character" instead of a class, then you must do all MSQ again and that will take some sw8 time.

Depends which roulettes, 50-60 is bad, guildhest is questionable, raid ones are good but may take some time to que which may make it worse than potd.

Leveling, Alliance and, and bear with me here, Main Scenario. Yes it takes like an hour total but it also gives out almost three times as much as Leveling does.

MSQ and PoTD as others have said, though if you're not buying a story skip potion I'd just stick to MSQ as it will level you appropriately. The MSQ does a pretty good job leveling you for the content you're going to be facing.

If you are going to be buying a story skip potion then just PoTD will do to 60. Spam it until your brain bleeds.
