No. There is no upgrade for moogle weapons.
But there is crafted moogle weapons that glow, but those are different entirely.
I suppose, in a sense. But when I think "Upgrade" I think changing the lesser into the greater, which isn't the case. Like Leviathan and Shiva those drop upgrades.
some weapons can be done via npc aka trading mats and weapon, some only via crafter class.
The glowing variants of these weapons can only be obtained through crafting, where one of the materials for these requires you to desynthesize either the normal trial's weapons or the accessories from the extreme trial, while another material is only obtained as a drop from the extreme trial (or desynthesizing it's accessories).
Of course, be it the materials or those glowy moogle weapon variants, both are available through market board.
