Unable to Cast Glamour From plate?

I set up a glamour for Paladin to where as Pugilist. But cant equip it on either class.

Some items just plain can't be glamoured to certain classes (or until you reach a certain level)

Race, gender, and class restrictions still apply, as they always have.
