Final Fantasy 14 : Why can't i summon my mount?

I have completed the quest to get the chocobo mount and also done the quest where i get a Unicorn mount but i can't summon it??? Is it because im on free trail? Thanks in advance!

The free trial in theory if you can use it, that if only where they do not allow to use saddle is within the important cities (Uldah, limsa, gridania etc).

Yeah i couldn,t use it in the cities but i tried it outside the city and it just didn't work but since restarting the game it started to work so thanks for the help tho :)
