Constant login restriction
I decided to come back for Stormblood :

Bought the expansion, game time and activated. All worked smoothly. Downloaded the game, tried to log in and got the account login restriction.

Followed the steps to reset the password, password reset successful.

Tried new password, got another login restriction.

Reset password again, password reset successful.

Tried new password, got another login restriction.

7 password resets later still cannot log in to either Mogstation or Game Client.

Any tips (YES I KNOW SUPPORT DOES NOT WORK WEEKENDS, ALREADY CREATED A SUPPORT REQUEST)

Yeah - location is the same city just my other apartment I did not log from. It states on the SE site however that such restrictions can be removed when changing the password.

Since I have access to my steam, email, all personal information and am able to change my password, why is it constantly keep on locking me out?

Figured as much - shame though, I hope they will refund me this one day and if not - oh well.

The login restriction sets in every time your IP address changes. While there are ISPs that use dynamic IP systems, you shouldn't be asked to reset your password if your internet connection hasn't been reset. A way to remove this restriction is to use one time passwords (two-factor authentication). You can find more information about this feature here:

Yes that's very nice and all, but what do i do, when i'm stuck in a loop of trying to login, getting restricted, resetting my password so i can login, trying to login, restricted and it continues. I can't put the authenticator on, cause i never even get to access my profile.
And now i've made so many failed attempts that i'll be unable to even try for "several minutes", whatever that's supposed to mean.
Gotta say, this is a veeery unappealing return to the game.

You gotta contact SE support through their website and explain the problem to them. There used to be a chat service, wherever that is, and you can talk to someone directly.
