No servers with exp boost on EU?

Hello!

I am a little bit confused. I tried FFXIV a few months ago and back then servers had exp boost so I could only do main story quests to level up.

Right now I created a new character and there seems to be no exp boost on any EU servers and I am a little confused because I guess I should do some side quests in order to level up?

Any ideas why is there no exp boost? And how should I level up?

I've been leveling up just fine without the exp boost and doing only main story.

iv played this game since 1.0 release, this is the first iv heard of a server have exp boosts....

Under populated servers get a "road to 60" exp buff (exp x2) the EU no longer has any servers that meet the requirement for the buff.
