Help with gear up?
Okay so I need to have ilvl 335 to continue the main story but how do I get it?

Atm I'm around ilvl 280-295, and I don't just won to spend all my money on the ah, and buy it.

And as a BLM, queues take way to long.

-For the best gear, NPCs at Rhalgr's Reach sell it for tomestones, OR you can do the 24 man raids, OR 8 man raids.
-If during leveling, go to the town most relevant to your level, NPCs should sell some.
-Lastly, you could try to unlock Eureka and get its gear, but not sure how the population there is atm.

Look at your current gear, find if any specific piece is way low ilvl (that'll drag down your average a lot, you'll usually have a very crappy ring). Otherwise, upgrade the chest first. At this point, your weapon may also be the lowest, so if you can spare ~300k gil, try the AH. Only other option would involve the 8 man raids and take longer.

If you are not in a rush before the expansion, Once it drops all the current best Stormblood gear will be available for Tomestones of Poetics and be quite cheap.

Do the ishgard and kugane daily and weekly hunts for centurio seals. You can then use those for buying the lost allagan gear which is 330 base and 340 if you augment it.

- doing daily roulettes since you've gained 70/finished Stormblood quest is all you need

- then you trade Mendacity tokens for i360 parts

- you trade Genesis tokens for i390 parts

- if ilvl is your target buy cheapest things to get more of them sooner

- once you have i340 the best "repeatable farm" (if you need it, but dailies were enough for me, and now with higher cap it is even easier) would be Arboretum (Hard) dung (need unlock, not part of MSQ)

- the fastest way to get reasonable i390 weapon (and nice ilvl push) would be buying the cheapest rakshasa HQ weapon (or other parts if you do the token math right) on the market (that would be 280k on Chaos), job doesn't matter (no blades/shields! - and check other servers too), add 700 mendacity and trade that for Yama weapon for your class

- ( payed ilvl push would consists of buying another weapon (or other parts) from previous point and trading it for 3 Yama i390 accessories )

- the alternative weapon would be 1000 mendacity + 4x Sigmascape 4.0 for i360 weapon

- from i365 you can try a luck in Orbonne Monastery alliance raid to get random i390 drops, but i360 is all you need for SbS so given a little time left this is optional
