Playing as Thancred in Coming clean

Hello,

I have attempted multiple times and I must be missing something. During the fight I click to use Perfect Deception, and then I cannot exit out off it and I die. I have tried many buttons and combinations and nothing seems to work. Is this bugged with the latest patch?

i think you need to click that skill again because it changes a few seconds after you use it

A player in game provided an answer, you have to get close to the enemy and hold the button down to cast. If they move, you have follow and hope they stand still long enough to cast. Upon coasting, it brings you out of it!
