Is this a weeb game?

Is this game all weebs? Was looking at the sub reddit for it and it really put me off the community. Is there normal people in this game too?

You know my only real beef with the game is it`s tedious leveling curve, For a person who in his posts goes on about players having freedom to play at their own pace or in their own way you sure do love to belittle and judge other players style of play.

The nazis had a nonsensical case of racial superiority regarding entirely made-up Anti-Jewish nonsense where they thought the Jews were destroying Germany.

Because dumb.

The Ascians have a case of racial superiority regarding an objectively proven fact in the universe of FFXIV. The three main Ascians are not sundered. Everyone else is. There's a very clear line of difference there, and it's demonstrably true even for the WoL/WoD, something that ShB points out IS true at the end, instead of just being told it by an Ascian.

As a result, not Nazis! Because the Ascians actually have some FACTS backing them. The Nazis did not. Also you know, all the magic, and the fact the Ascians are more akin to a secret society in how they operate, rather than the Nazis.

But even if I give you that the intention was to make them ♥♥♥♥-like, and it may very well have been, that doesn't change this:

Even the worst, most terrible, person can be sympathized with. That doesn't make the sympathizer a bad person, it means they're empathetic.

If you think it's terrible to sympathize with another human being, even if you consider them to ultimately have committed terrible acts, then I think you're a terrible person.

Because that is what makes us different than Nazis and the Ascians. We can actually accept them as human beings, and treat them as such. That means being able to say "Yes, what you went through was terrible, but that doesn't give you the right to do X".
