can you still play on other ffxiv accounts on your steam account

What I mean by this is that I have a steam account made were i could start over with the trail see if i wanted play again but I would log in this one into this account with it i havent tried since proton stop working but plan set up streaming server for games I cant get to work in proton but i read they change some thing to check ffxiv in steam so want I wanted to know will this other ffxiv account from another steam account still work on this steam account.

But Every Acc should be able to run on any Launcher. Just Log in with the Name/ID and PW of the Acc you want to use...

Until Shadowbringers. then Steam accounts are REQUIRED to launch through Steam

unknown.

For other games they often connect game account with specific Steam account and even use Steam identity for login (so you don't even enter game password anymore).

But they have never specified what would the Steam FFXIV launcher look like.
